Sunil Seshadri

Sunil is the Chief Security Officer for HealthEquity leading the Security and Fraud functions. He plays a critical role in architecting, and executing the company's strategy to enhance resiliency, drive innovation, and streamline processes for a safer environment.

Sunil brings over two decades of cybersecurity leadership experience having served as CISO for marquee financial services and fintech organizations including Wells Fargo Bank, Visa Inc., ICE Group, and the New York Stock Exchange. Sunil is an active thought leader and contributor to the cyber community and emerging ecosystem sharing his expertise and helping to shape industry best practices. He also serves on the Board of Obsidian Security and on Advisory Boards of Aqua Security, and Synechron.

Sunil holds a BS in Electronics from Bangalore University, an MS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
