This plan will reimburse you for the following out-of-pocket expenses that you are required to pay for you and your dependents covered under the Bon Secours Mercy Health Medical Benefit Plans.
Athletic equipment (e.g. sports balls, helmets, knee pads, cleats, athletic shoes, sports goggles (no sunglasses)
Exercise equipment (e.g. Peloton, treadmill, bike, weights, yoga mat)
Fitness classes and gym memberships (e.g. any gym and YMCA memberships, fitness classes, online workouts)
Personal trainer (e.g. group or one on one trainer - must have a business receipt)
Fitness trackers (e.g. smart and fitness watches - no phone plans)
Race entry fees – registration receipt required
Non-medical counseling services
Retreat (e.g. Leadership, spiritual)
Camping supplies
Personal development classes (e.g. art, cooking)
Annual national/state park passes
Spa Services
Home office (desks/office chairs, headphones, desk equipment)
Massage equipment
Eligible expenses cannot be reimbursed by another plan nor paid pre-tax by another health plan coverage or program.
