HealthEquity offers benefits through separate experiences: HealthEquity and EZ Receipts. Check your welcome materials to know which one to use.
If you have benefits on both platforms, you'll need to register and log in separately for each.

Where should I register my new account?
Check your welcome materials (mail or email) for registration details. Health Savings Account (HSA): Always HealthEquity. Commuter benefits, FSA, or HRA: Check your welcome materials — it may be HealthEquity or EZ Receipts. COBRA/Direct Bill: Always EZ Receipts.
I didn't receive my welcome materials in the mail or email. What should I do?
If you haven't received your welcome materials, please contact us and we'll help you get set up.
I already have an account, how do I log in?
Use the login options above to access your account through HealthEquity, EZ Receipts, or COBRA/Direct Bill depending on your benefit type.
What is a passkey and how do I set one up?
A passkey is a modern, more secure way to sign in without a password. Passkeys use biometrics or device PIN for accessibility. See our support center for setup instructions.4 3 4
Where did the WageWorks login go?
WageWorks is now part of HealthEquity. Use the EZ Receipts login for accounts previously managed by WageWorks. Visit our Member Help Center for more details.
How do I know if I already have HealthEquity or EZ Receipts access?
Check your welcome materials or contact your employer's benefits administrator to find out which platform manages your benefits.
Can I use the same login for HealthEquity and EZ Receipts?
No, HealthEquity and EZ Receipts are separate platforms with separate logins. You will need to register for each one individually.
Why are there separate online experiences?
HealthEquity and EZ Receipts manage different types of benefits. Keeping them separate ensures the best experience for each benefit type.
Do I have to register for both EZ Receipts and HealthEquity online access?
Only if you have benefits managed by both platforms. Check your welcome materials for details.
Where should I register if I have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)?
Check your welcome materials — your FSA or HRA may be on HealthEquity or EZ Receipts depending on your employer's setup.
I forgot my password and still haven't received an email to reset it. What can I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven't received it, please contact us for help resetting your password.
I have a Health Savings Account (HSA) with HealthEquity. Where do I log in?
Use the HealthEquity login option above to access your HSA.
I'm not an Individual Member. Where can I log in to my Business account?
